Adding to the longest winning streak in Tri-County Conference this week, Inderkum beat Pioneer 59-0. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
The Patriots fell to Inderkum 59-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Dillon Milton provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Woodland lost to River Valley. He completed 7 passes for 75 yards and also ran for 89 yards. Milton's key target this week was Devin Jones, who caught 3 passes for 40 yards.
Alex Preciado was a key player and the best on defense this week as the Wolves fell to the Falcons. He pulled down 1 interception.
C. J. Spencer put up the best numbers in passing as Terry Stark's team topped Pioneer. He finished with a total of 6 completions for 107 yards and 2 touchdowns. Spencer's favorite target this week was Khalil Hudson, who caught 2 passes for 40 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Tigers' Spencer and Hudson have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Spencer has thrown for 1,046 yards this season, while Hudson has 24 catches for 505 yards. TJ Dove from River Valley leads the league in rushing with 1,555 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Bill Sherman's team takes on Yuba City. The Falcons are in third place, while the Honkers are in first place.
