The Steinbrenner Warriors can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They blew past Plant City 68-5 at home. The win was nothing new for Steinbrenner as they're now sitting on three straight.
Naomi Parker continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Adams, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Plant City struggled to work together and finished the game with only an assist. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Steinbrenner racked up 19 assists.
Steinbrenner's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Plant City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-15.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Steinbrenner won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Robinson at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th. Robinson is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 53.9 points per game. Plant City won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lennard at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th.
