Volleyball Recap: Glenbard East Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

Ridgewood typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Glenbard East proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Rebels by a score of 2-0.

Glenbard East easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19.

Glenbard East's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-10. As for Ridgewood, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 22-5 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Glenbard East is set to face off against their familiar foe Elmwood Park at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ridgewood will square off against rival Riverside-Brookfield at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
