Emerson has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Cresskill Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Emerson will be strutting in after a victory while Cresskill will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Tuesday, Emerson didn't have too much trouble with Midland Park at home as they won 65-51.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Cresskill's good fortune finally ran out on Sunday. They took a 55-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Fort Lee.
Emerson's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Cresskill, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
Emerson won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played on January 8th, slipping by Cresskill 41-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Emerson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
