The Pioneer Panthers won against the West Seneca East Trojans last Saturday with 70 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Pioneer blew past West Seneca East, posting a 70-36 win on the road. That looming 70-36 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Pioneer yet this season.
Despite the loss, West Seneca East still got an impressive performance from Jason Jasinski, who scored 13 points. Devon Madding was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
The win makes it two in a row for Pioneer and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for West Seneca East, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
Pioneer will head out on the road to face off against Kenmore East at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Seneca East, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Cheektowaga at 6:30 p.m. Cheektowaga will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
