Soccer Recap: Twin Cities Academy/Great River Starts Season with Victory Against Nova Classical Academy

Twin Cities Academy/Great River gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Nova Classical Academy Knights as they made off with a 4-1 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Twin Cities Academy/Great River also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Nova Classical Academy and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Twin Cities Academy/Great River will challenge Simley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nova Classical Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Hmong Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
