They really took it to North Huron for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-0 victory at home. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Atherton's zero-point performance the matchup before.
Deavonte DeLeon went supernova for Atherton, rushing for 280 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 16.5 yards per carry. DeLeon's longest rush was for an incredible 88 yards. Patrick Rice was another key contributor, rushing for 58 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.
Atherton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for North Huron, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
