At the plate, Charlotte Country Day School let Alex Stiefel and Darius Morales run wild. Stiefel went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double, while Morales got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Those three hits gave Stiefel a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Pierce Miller, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

On the hitting side, Ethan Andujar and Brode Dixon did most of the damage at the plate: Andujar went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run, while Dixon went 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Dixon has snagged this season. The team also got some help courtesy of James Cosper, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Covenant Day's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Charlotte Country Day School, their win bumped their record up to 5-15.
