 In other batting news,  Cairo Teheen was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 4-for-4.  Elin Roberts was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in four of her six plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School fell victim to Triton Regional and their airtight pitching crew  last Monday. They took  a  3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.
 Ipswich  made their fans wait, but they earned their first win of the season to make their record 1-10. As for Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 0-1.
