Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Paraclete). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the West Vikings 79-41. For the Spirits, this counts as revenge for the 51-50 victory the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2021.

The win made it two in a row for Paraclete and bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Paraclete won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Taft at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Paraclete has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 206 points over their last three matches. As for West, they and Edison will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played. West is facing Edison at the right time seeing as Edison is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
