The Channelview Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They suffered a rough 49-25 defeat at the hands of Wheatley.
Wheatley found their leader in underclassman Jamie Solomon, who went 8 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 24 points and 0 assists. The match was Solomon's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
Channelview's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Wheatley, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-8.
Channelview will head out on the road to face off against Dobie at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wheatley won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Tournament Opponent at 12:30 p.m. on December 30th.
