Cedar extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Everett Kelling. The Reds came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 41-35 W against the Juab Wasps thanks in part to Kelling, who rushed for 196 yards and three TDs while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 160 yards and one touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 52 yards.
Cedar's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Juab, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-2.
