After having lost a blowout to Roosevelt in their previous game, Stevens was happy to find some success on Friday. Stevens were fully in charge, breezing past Spearfish 66-6. That result is just more of the same for Stevens, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Stevens's record up to 1-2. The loss dropped Spearfish's record to 0-2.
Stevens will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Watertown at 5:00 PM. As for Spearfish, they will face off against Brookings.
