They strolled past West Ranch with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  43-28. The Grizzlies pushed the score to  36-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats cut but never quite recovered from.
 Saugus' victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Golden Valley, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
 Saugus couldn't quite get it done against Golden Valley when the teams last played  back in October of 2024 as they fell  44-35. Thankfully for the Centurions,  Jamison Torres (who rushed for 272 yards and five  touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 76 receiving yards) won't be suiting up this time.
