Pella were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They made easy work of Newton on Friday and carried off a 49-17 victory. The lopsided score is just par for the course this season for Pella, who can brag about five blowout wins.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Pella will stay at home next week against Grinnell at 7:30 PM. Grinnell also lit up the scoreboard in their last contest, so this could be a high-scoring contest. As for Newton, they will face off against Knoxville. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable loss.
