Lincoln Charter was led to victory by Braydon Walden and Jeremiah Benton. Walden rushed for 118 yards and a pair of scores on only six carries, while Benton rushed for 44 yards and two touchdowns.
Highland Tech will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Shelby at 7:30 p.m. on September 5.
