Taylor Allderdice had a senior duo take command as Logan Golle scored 25 points and Major Rainey scored 21 points along with eight rebounds. The game was Golle's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Pavle Slepcev was another key contributor, scoring two points along with 14 rebounds and six assists.
The win makes it two in a row for Taylor Allderdice and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Avonworth, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
Taylor Allderdice will be home for the holidays to greet Pine-Richland at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pine-Richland and Taylor Allderdice are at an even 3-3 over their past six head-to-heads. As for Avonworth, they will head out on the road to face off against Union Area at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Union Area will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 519th, while Avonworth is ranked 75th).
