Clayton-Bradley Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Mia Adkins out in front who scored 21 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Adkins has scored all season. Bria Moynihan was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
Clayton-Bradley Academy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-12. As for Apostolic Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
Clayton-Bradley Academy will look to defend their home court on Monday against Berean Christian at 6:00 p.m. Berean Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Apostolic Christian, Apostolic Christian and Concord Christian will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Concord Christian will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
