Meanwhile, Still Creek Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Saturday as they fell 37-31 to Non Varsity Opponent. Still Creek Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Still Creek Christian's defeat came about despite a quality game from Jaiden Simpson, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Kingwood Christian Life Center Academy's loss ended a eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-1. As for Still Creek Christian, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Kingwood Christian Life Center Academy hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 63.1 points per game. It's a different story for Still Creek Christian, though, as they've been averaging only 37.6 points per game.
