The Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles posted their biggest victory since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. They breezed by Kelly Catholic at home to the tune of 81-51. The win made it back-to-back wins for Fort Bend Christian Academy.
Kelly Catholic's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacob Brocato, who scored six points along with six steals and two blocks. That's the first time this season that Brocato posted two or more blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Hernandez, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and three steals.
Fort Bend Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Kelly Catholic, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-21.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing St. John XXIII the next time they take the court. Fort Bend Christian Academy will head out to face St. John XXIII at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Kelly Catholic will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
