The North Ridgeville Rangers will head out on the road to face off against the Midview Middies at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully North Ridgeville is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Midview in Ohio (North Ridgeville is ranked 40th, while Midview is ranked 251st).
North Ridgeville waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Elyria with points to spare, taking the game 65-51.
Meanwhile, Midview pushed their score all the way to 56 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Elyria Catholic on the road by a decisive 72-56 margin. Midview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
North Ridgeville is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Midview, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.
Everything came up roses for North Ridgeville against Midview when the teams last played back in January as the team secured a 73-37 win. With North Ridgeville ahead 38-14 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
