After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ballantyne Ridge, Berry was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Chambers Cougars 18-3. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won three matchups by 15 runs or more so far this season.

Berry's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Chambers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Berry will square off against East Mecklenburg at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chambers, they will be playing at home against Harding University at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
