The Moody Bearcats were the 47-28 winner over the Live Oak Classical Falcons when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Moody had to suffer through a rough 48-12 loss at the hands of Live Oak Classical. Moody has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Live Oak Classical found their leader in underclassman Audrey Pahmeyer, who scored 16 points. Lily Sriram was another key contributor, scoring 3 points along with 6 assists and 4 steals.
Moody has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Live Oak Classical, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Moody will take on Valley Mills at 5:20 p.m. on Friday. As for Live Oak Classical, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Meyer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meyer's defense has only allowed 23.7 points per game this season, so Live Oak Classical's offense will have their work cut out for Live Oak Classical.
