After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Wheatmore brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They were the clear victors by a 17-11 margin over the Eastern Randolph Wildcats on Wednesday. Bella Dill made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March.
