Wellington gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the Eaton Reds 9-8. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 10-0 win the Reds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.
