After four games on the road, Monmouth Regional is heading back home. Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host the Linden Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on February 7th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Tuesday, Monmouth Regional came up short against Manchester Township and fell 52-43.
Meanwhile, Linden was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 38-34 to Union. Linden has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Monmouth Regional has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-6 record this season. As for Linden, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.
Monmouth Regional strolled past Linden in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 by a score of 49-32. Will Monmouth Regional repeat their success, or does Linden have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
