Queens Teaching will be home for the holidays to greet the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Queens Teaching, yet to win a game, are hoping to taste some of the success that has characterized Architecture, Engineering and Construction's (thus far) undefeated season.
Queens Teaching pushed their score all the way to 56 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 67-56 to Bowne. While losing is never fun, Queens Teaching can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 474th, while Bowne is ranked 122nd).
Meanwhile, even though Martin scored an imposing 65 points on Thursday, Architecture, Engineering and Construction still came out on top. Architecture, Engineering and Construction took their game at home with ease, bagging a 105-65 victory over Martin.
Queens Teaching bumped their record down to 0-4 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Architecture, Engineering and Construction, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
