Kaden Vest Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Spanish Fork had to settle for second even though Kaden Vest put up the best numbers he has all season. Vest rushed for 325 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 75 yards.
Unfortunately for Provo, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Vest. Vest rushed for 202 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in September of 2023.

Gehrig Orchard Delivers Best Performance of Season
Gehrig Orchard produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Provo to the win on Friday. Orchard threw for 503 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per attempt.
The win was the fifth in a row for Provo, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. Orchard and Provo will face off against Uintah at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Andrew Hillstead Goes Supernova in Timpanogos Win
Timpanogos found a leader in Andrew Hillstead as the squad took down Payson on Friday. Payson had no answer to Hillstead as he threw for 195 yards and five touchdowns.
Timpanogos has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. Hillstead and Timpanogos will challenge Salem Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Oliver Mackay and Co. Win Fifth in a Row
Oliver Mackay was instrumental in extending Provo's winning streak to five on Friday. Mackay's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 56 yards.

A Season-Best Effort from Crew Demartini Leads Provo over Spanish Fork
On Friday, Provo got the W thanks in part to Crew Demartini playing the best football he has all season. Demartini made six total tackles. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 60 yards.
This year, Demartini has averaged 3.7 total tackles per game and for the season has 5 interceptions.
