Fans got a thrill when Kiefer Langan and Andrew Hanretty connected against Towner-Granville-Upham. The connection went for 68 yards, the longest such play in 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) this season.
The Titans added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating St. John, 23-18. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
The Woodchucks' dynamic duo of Langan and Seth Vivier proved to be unstoppable against Scott Thorson's team, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Langan threw for 374 yards and 2 touchdowns and Vivier had 148 yards receiving. Hanretty helped St. John's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 106 yards.

Isaac Jacobs made the biggest impact on defense this week as Divide County topped New Town. The 6-foot-0 senior.

Jacobs was the most successful running back in 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) this week. In 22 carries, he ran for 171 yards as the Maroons fell to the Titans. Evan Eriksmoen also contributed to the rushing game with 66 yards on the ground.
Langan put up the best numbers through the air as St. John lost to Towner-Granville-Upham.
He went 22-40 with 2 interceptions.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Woodchucks' Langan and Hanretty have proven to be a lethal combination. Langan has thrown for 970 yards this season, while Hanretty has 11 catches for 358 yards. Jacobs from Divide County leads the league in rushing with 661 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Titans and Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn. Towner-Granville-Upham comes into the matchup ranked fifth in the state, while the Sioux ranks 16th.
The Titans' offense has recorded 236 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn has permitted only 50 on the year.
The Sioux took down Dunseith 52-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Chase Conway ran for 167 yards during the win.
