The Erie Red Devils were able to grind out a solid  victory over the Chetopa Hornets on Tuesday, taking the game  2-0. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Red Devils.

 Lila Michael paced Erie's offense, picking up five kills. Michael got some help from  Kaeleigh Daniels and her 16 assists. Daniels was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with 13 aces.
Erie's win bumped their record up to 18-19. As for Chetopa, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost 19 of their last 20 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-25-1 record  this season.
 Erie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chetopa, they will venture away from home to  square off against Southern Coffey County  on Thursday.
