Perhaps the best among them was Emily Kate Jones, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 14 rebounds. Jones is crushing the point category: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Meredith Quinn, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Trinity School of Texas' defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 13.2 points per game. As for First Baptist, the win was the 21st in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 26-3.
