It was a good run, but the Eduprize Eagles unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to Imagine Prep 63-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Imagine Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Hayden Kelton, who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was Brady Heuseveldt, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Eduprize's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3. As for Imagine Prep, their win was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eduprize will take on the Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. BASIS - Chandler will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings (they are ranked 79th, while the Eagles are ranked 20th). As for Imagine Prep, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Sun Devils at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st. ASU Prep is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
