Cowan's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Southern Wells, their loss dropped their record down to 8-13.
Everything went Cowan's way against Southern Wells in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as Cowan made off with a 75-52 win. In that matchup, Cowan amassed a halftime lead of 39-15, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
