Holy Family Catholic has gone a perfect 3-0 against Cornerstone recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Tornadoes will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Holy Family Catholic fell victim to Tuscaloosa Academy and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Knights. While losing is never fun, Holy Family Catholic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 203rd, while Tuscaloosa Academy are ranked 87th).

Meanwhile, Cornerstone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Holy Spirit Catholic, falling 9-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Cornerstone were already down 3-0.

This is the second loss in a row for Holy Family Catholic and nudges their season record down to 3-9. As for Cornerstone, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

Everything went Holy Family Catholic's way against Cornerstone in their previous meeting last Thursday, as Holy Family Catholic made off with an 8-2 victory. Will the Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
