After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kamehameha Kapalama, 'Iolani was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Mid-Pacific Institute Owls. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Raiders as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

'Iolani's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Mid-Pacific Institute, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

'Iolani wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against University Laboratory School on the 14th. As for Mid-Pacific Institute, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Hawaii Baptist Academy on the 13th.
