 Even though they lost, Pearl City  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  struck out at most five  strikeouts in four consecutive  games.
Pearl City's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2. As for 'Aiea, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Looking ahead, Pearl City is taking a road trip to  take on Campbell  at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Campbell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7  runs per game  this season. As for 'Aiea, they will welcome Mililani  at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The last three games 'Aiea has played (dating back to last season) have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
