Cameron has enjoyed the comforts of home their last nine games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Watts Engineers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cameron will be strutting in after a victory while Watts will be coming in after a defeat.
Even though Cameron couldn't quite topple Leflore on Friday, it was still a huge improvement compared to the 24-point defeat they took when the two last played. Cameron was the clear victor by a 55-35 margin over Leflore. The win was just what Cameron needed coming off of a 56-17 defeat in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Watts' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on January 5th after their third straight loss. They took a 59-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Webbers Falls.
Cameron's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14. As for Watts, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
Cameron couldn't quite finish off Watts in their previous meeting back in November of 2023 and fell 50-47. Can Cameron avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
