Playoff time has arrived for Texas high school basketball. Action gets underway in all six classifications this week with UIL championship games scheduled for March 12-13 at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
COVID-19 concerns prevented the state from crowning champions in 2020, so defending champions from 2019 include Duncanville (6A), Mansfield Timberview (5A), Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy (4A), Dallas Madison (3A), Shelbyville (2A) and Slidell (1A).
