Taihj Moore Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is DeLand's Taihj Moore, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moore rushed for 239 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. He has become a key player for DeLand: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least 100 rushing yards, but 1-4 otherwise.

Flagler Palm Coast picked up their fifth consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Marcus Mitchell. Mitchell was dynamite, rushing for 230 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards.
Mitchell must have DeLand's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Mitchell rushed for 161 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.1 yards per carry the last time he and DeLand duked it out back in November of 2023.

Marceles Carey posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. He rushed for 161 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown.
Flagler Palm Coast's probably not too fond of Carey given he always seems to get the better of them. Carey rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and Flagler Palm Coast duked it out back in November of 2023.

Colby Cronk continued his hot streak on Thursday by dropping his 11th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least seven total tackles. He picked up two sacks and made 14 total tackles (5.0 for loss).
