The Clarkston Angoras had to endure  a  15-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Cross Keys 57-29 at home. The  matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached  32-12.
 Clarkston found their leader in underclassman  Jessica Mays, who  scored 24 points along with three  steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which  Mays has scored at least a third of Clarkston's points.  Annualite Tumusifu was another key contributor,  scoring eight points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Clarkston's win  ended a eight-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 2-18. As for Cross Keys, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost six of their last seven matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record  this season.
 Clarkston will  challenge Stone Mountain at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. Clarkston is coming into the  match with 11 straight  wins on the road,  so Stone Mountain is out to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum. As for Cross Keys, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Atlanta Girls' School at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. Cross Keys is coming into the  game with three straight  defeats at home,  meaning Atlanta Girls' School will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  victory.
