After two games on the road, Canyon View is heading back home. They will host the Desert Mountain Wolves  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Canyon View is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 38.9  points per game  this season.
 It was a proper cat-fight when  Canyon View faced off against Willow Canyon on Tuesday. Canyon View breezed by Willow Canyon on the road  to the tune of  55-10. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won five games by 28  points or more  so far this season.
  Katelyn Jewell was  her usual excellent self, throwing for 388 yards and five touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. She is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as she's  now  passed for three or more in the last three games she's  played dating back to last season.  Jaila Flowers made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
 Canyon View's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB  three times. Leading the way was  Maycie Bassett with  two sacks. Canyon View got some further help from  Kaylani Tucker: she made three total tackles and defended a pass.
 Meanwhile,  in a tight  contest that could have gone either way, Desert Mountain made off with  a  26-25 victory over Chaparral. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Wolves.
 Canyon View's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Desert Mountain, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record  this season.
