Crane Medical's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but LaVelle Hardy led the charge by scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hardy has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Dontea King, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds.
Crane Medical is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Raby, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-17.
Crane Medical will be playing at home against Ogden International at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ogden International knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Crane Medical likes a good challenge. As for Raby, they will head out on the road to square off against Juarez at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
