Soccer Recap: Lubbock Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Lubbock Westerners didn't have quite enough to beat the Tascosa Rebels and fell 2-1.

Lubbock's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Tascosa, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-2-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Monterey the next time they take the pitch. Lubbock will head out to face Monterey at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Tascosa will host them at 11:00 a.m. on January 25th.
