Windham had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Lordstown Red Devils 3-0. The Bombers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Devils, too.
 While Windham won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  third set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18,  25-23.
 Makenna Jones paced Windham's offense, picking up ten kills. Jones got some help from  Kierrah Sanders and her 12 assists.  Kyleigh Simpson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Windham's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Lordstown,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-4.
 We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Windham will  face off against  rival Cardinal  at 6:45  p.m.  on Monday. Meanwhile, Lordstown is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Mathews  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
