Gardendale's game  on Tuesday was all tied up 6-6 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost  31-6 to the Homewood Patriots. The defensive woes were  uncharacteristic for the Rockets, who until this  game were averaging 14.33  points allowed.

Gardendale has  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record  this season. As for Homewood,  the  win  got them back to even at 3-3.
 Coincidentally, Gardendale and Homewood will both be playing Midfield the next time they take the field. The Rockets will head out to face the Patriots at 6:15  p.m.  on Tuesday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 7:00  p.m.
