On Friday, The Potlatch Loggers faced the Kamiah Kubs in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Potlatch had to suffer through a rough 28-0 loss at the hands of Kamiah. The low total for Potlatch limited their streak of high-flying scores to seven in a row.
Kamiah was led to victory by Connor Weddle and Dave Kludt. Weddle rushed for 109 yards on only 13 carries, while Kludt rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns.
Potlatch's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Kamiah, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.
Potlatch does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kamiah is also done with their season.
