Omar Mabson's Big Game Leads Auburn over Dothan
  Omar Mabson's big game helped extend Auburn's winning streak to nine on Friday. Nobody could stop  Mabson as he rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 80-yard run.
 Unfortunately for Dothan, this isn't the first big game they've seen from  Mabson. Mabson rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.8 yards per carry the last time he and the Wolves duked it out  back in September of 2023.

A Season-Best  Effort from  Blake Johnson Leads Opelika over Carver Montgomery
 Sadly,  Blake Johnson posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Opelika over Carver Montgomery on Thursday. Johnson rushed for 78 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, and also picked up 66 receiving yards, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 Opelika moved to 8-2 with that  loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak. Johnson and Opelika will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hoover at 7:00  p.m.  on November 15th.

Trey Berry Delivers Best  Performance of Season
 Carver Montgomery was led to victory by  Trey Berry, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Thursday. Berry rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown. The  performance  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in August.
 This year,  Berry  has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 75.2 rushing yards per game.

Russell Jr. Came Up Big in Carver Montgomery's  44-35  Win
 Another Carver Montgomery player making an appearance on this list is  Terrell Russell Jr.. He threw for 282 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per attempt.
 For the season,  Russell Jr.  has thrown 16 touchdowns while averaging 232.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after nine games last season,  he was only averaging 2.44  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 15.44  rushing yards.
