Aaron Deleon Dazzles in Stratford Loss
Starting off the list is Stratford's Aaron Deleon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Deleon rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 102 yards on eight of 23 attempts. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Stratford's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-2. Deleon and Stratford will take on Cypress Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
