Taft lost to Amundsen back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0.

Taft easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18.

Taft is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Amundsen, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2.

Coming up, Taft will welcome Kenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Amundsen, they will head out to face off against Von Steuben at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
