Declo entered their tilt with Soda Springs on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Declo had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-13, 25-23, 25-21.

Declo now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Soda Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Declo is set to challenge their familiar foe Wendell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Soda Springs will square off against rival West Side at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
